Chromatic Icons — Case Study

Pink and yellow. That's where this started.

Not soft pink. Not pale yellow. Vibrant, electric, unapologetic - the kind of color combination that makes a room stop. I've been obsessed with these two together for years and I finally just built the world they deserved.

Chromatic Icons is graphic, confident, and a little surreal. Editorial portraits crossed with pop-art illustrations. Glitter, grain, gloss, and saturation pushed until it clicks. The look is intentional and it's extreme and I love every inch of it.

Before AI, a series with this level of visual intensity would have required custom styling, wardrobe pulls, glitter artistry, prop sourcing, set design, lighting tests — days of production just to find the tone, let alone capture it. It's the kind of work that lives in the budgets of major fashion houses and almost nowhere else.

AI let me build the whole universe in the time it usually takes to prep a single shot. Experimenting with color and texture and mood until it stopped being an idea and started being a place.

Pure color obsession, fully realized. These images exist because I refused to wait until someone gave me permission to make them.
