Dreamscape Editorial — AI Concept Series
Every photographer has a dream shoot living in their head. The one with the crew and the budget and the flowers everywhere and the light doing exactly what you imagined. The shoot you'd make if someone just handed you the keys.
I got tired of waiting!
Dreamscape Editorial started as an experiment for my Substack - what would my dream shoot actually look like if I built it right now, exactly the way I saw it? Lush florals, glowing gel lighting, cinematic atmosphere, surreal staging. The kind of world that usually requires a producer, a lighting crew, a floral designer, a full studio build, multiple shoot days, and a budget that starts at $25,000 and goes up from there.
I approached the prompts the way I'd approach a real set - thinking through styling, lighting direction, mood, story, the feeling I wanted someone to have when they looked at the image. AI became the crew. The studio. The flowers. All of it.
These are the mood boards before the mood boards. The first draft of a world I intend to make real someday. And proof that the vision doesn't have to wait for the budget.
