NEON QUEER GYM

I grew up in the 80s. Neon was a whole language - it meant something was alive, electric, worth showing up for. I've been waiting my whole life for a gym that felt like that.

So I built one. With AI.

Neon Gym is a complete brand world I created from scratch - environments, lighting, merchandise, campaign imagery, the whole thing - using AI as my prototyping tool. No photoshoot scheduled. No budget needed. Just iterative prompts and a very specific vision of what a bold, queer, futurist fitness brand could feel like if someone actually let it be itself.

I treated it like a real branding sprint: mood, identity, atmosphere, palette, space design, marketing vibes. The kind of work that usually takes a team and a timeline, compressed into something fast and alive and genuinely fun to make.

This is what I can do for you in the early stages of building something — before the big decisions get made, before the budget gets spent. AI lets me help you see the thing before it exists. And sometimes seeing it is everything.
